So let my start off by saying that Baby Sussex was born today weighing in at 7lbs, 3oz and its a boy! Mom and baby are great and pictures to come soon. Since I was in London when this happened I am basically a part of the family now.

hahahaha

All jokes aside I realized people here don't "care" as much about this baby as us Americans do but I think its really cool I got to be here on this momentous occasion. Although I was worried I was going to be gone by the time this baby was born I am glad I was able to be in London for it and can't wait to get the newspaper tomorrow and go take pictures of the teddy bears and the easel outside of the palace this week.

I can't believe that I am going to be back home in less than a week. These past few months have flown by and have been such an amazing experience. The past few weeks I have been able to visit North Wales, Salisbury, Andover (s/o to the Parkers for hosting me for a few days) and probably 1/8th of London. There is so much to see here that I didn't travel that much outside of London. I have tried to see as much as I can of the city, but I can't even do it all in the six weeks I am here. Honestly don't understand how people come to London for a few days and see it all. Well they don't I think!

Some of my favorite things that I have gotten to do in the UK are go to the Portobello Market, See the top of Snowden Mountain in North Wales, and eat fish and chips! I loved Portobello Market because it was smaller than Camden but still sold such cool and different items. I loved the live music and it was really nice weather when I went which was an added bonus. Snowden mountain was an added bonus because it was part of the trip with my school. Although it was cold and windy, the views were amazing to see and experience. I got to see so many sheep on the train ride to the top and my friends and I had a great time trying to battle the windy weather. The food in London has been amazing to say the least. There are so many options here and I have stepped out of my comfort zone palate wise. I never really liked fish before and tried my best to stay clear from it. Fish and Chips changed me. I really wanted to try it since it is the staple here and told myself I just had to get over the fishy smell/taste. However, I was surprised how much I actually liked it. I highly recommend the cod at Poppies, 5/5 stars for sure. I can now say I like fish although it can't taste too fishy and there has to be lemon on it or else it is a no go hahaha.

There is so much more that I have been able to experience while in London, but I would be writing for days if I was going to talk about it all. I guess for everyone who wants to know more will have to catch up with me in the US. I am excited to return to see all of my friends and family, but am going to miss Europe so

much. Honestly wish I could come visit in the US and then go right back to traveling around Europe. Another last update to come at the end of the week and then possibly one more back in the US. Wish I could have been writing more in London, but trying to get everything done has been crazy and my school work has been a little heavier of a workload here as well. See you all soon!

xoxo,
